Full Force Fitness is proud to open their doors for the next intake of Everyday Athletes looking to take their fitness to the next level, improve their form or maintain peak fitness.

Designed by Sport & Exercise Scientist Emil Hansen, The Full Force Fitness 8 week Everyday Athlete Program uses the same principles as elite athletes use to train and maintain peak performance year-round!

With an elite team of trainers, coaches, sports nutritionists and exercise physiologists, Full Force Fitness provides next-level sports science and combined training methodologies that cannot be accessed at your local 24-hour gym.

Aiming to raise the bar of personal training, Full Force Fitness focusses on educating clients on the human body, exercise technique and sports nutrition for health and performance.

You don't need to train harder, just smarter.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE:

+ PROGRAM PREP

Saturday August 4 is your chance to meet your Full Force Fitness coaches and other Everyday Athletes.
Here you will collect your Athlete Pack, have your Week 1 check ins and partake in your first Workshop and fitness testing used to set the bar and monitor your progression as you continue to work throughout the program. 

+ ATHLETE PACK

Your Athlete Pack is everything you need to prepare you for the next eight weeks. Armed with your own Full Force Fitness training bag, training diary, Everyday Athlete training shirt, supplements (thanks to Nutrition Supplement Co.) and more!

+ STRENGTH + CONDITIONING SESSIONS

You will gain access to 2 x weekly small group Strength and Conditioning Sessions (capped at 6 people). 
Train together. Gain together. Having a crew can help you take your training to the next level.

+ TAILORED TRAINING PROGRAM

Our Full Force Fitness coaches will customise a program that caters exactly to your needs and goals whether it is weight loss, health related, body composition, sports performance or recovering from injury. These are programmed in 4 week blocks.

+ Physique assessment

Your Full Force Fitness training will track your Skin Folds / Girth Measurements and Body Scans to measure your results across eight weeks and provide you with a true representation of your Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Visceral Fat, Body Water and Metabolic Age.

+ NUTRITION PLAN

Full Force Fitness will provide you with an 8 week customised nutrition plan tailored to you and your goals. We know that everyone is uniquely different which is why you won’t find a one-size-fits-all meal plan when you train with us (or boring chicken, rice and broccoli!).

+ 1:1 SESSIONS

To get the most out of our time together, Everyday Athletes are asked to commit to a minimum of 1 x 1:1 session each week. This is offered at a discounted rate and included in your payments.
You will have the undivided attention of one of our expert coaches ready to provide you with an overwhelming extent of knowledge on sport science, nutrition, injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning. We will guide you ever step on the way.

+ WEIGH IN DAY

 Just like Prep Day, all Everyday Athletes will come together one last time for our Week 8 check ins and final fitness testing.

FAQs

+ What if I’m already a member at a gym?

You will only be paying for your group & PT sessions, meaning you can continue to do your own training during the program at your gym still.

+ Can this program cater to my sport?

Yes - our strength & conditioning sessions use the same principals that are applied to an athlete and your training program can be custome tailored to your sport in your 1:1 sessions.

+ Is this suitable for beginners?

The program has been designed for the everyday person looking to take their training to the next level who has some basic foundation training in a gym setting before. If you are new to this however the answer is  yes - as long as you are willing to learn!
