Want to get stronger? We teach you how to perform Olympic Lifts with proper technique. Traditional Olympic lifts have stood the test of time, simply the most effective way to increase your strength levels.

We provide 1RM testing for the advance/athletes and calculated 1RM for entry level. Results are then converted to give you a POWER/WEIGHT score and something to improve on!

Want to be able to do push ups, pull ups and handstands with ease?

Our coaches can teach you how to slowly progress through body weight movements to have you performing advanced movements like hand stand push ups, muscle ups and levers in no time!

We also offer a range of Calisthenics Assessments so we can monitor your progression.
