 Training with Amy is always very fun and enjoyable. Every session is completely different and that's what I look forward to. She always pushes you that little bit further but the goal is always attainable.  I was always afraid of going to a gym or a personal trainer in fear of judgement and failure, however when I stepped outside of my comfort zone and began training with Amy she instantly made me feel comfortable and confident in my ability to be able to do anything I put my mind to. She taught me not to focus on the number on the scales but instead how I feel when exercising and providing my body with nutritious foods. Not only does Amy support and encourage me in the gym on my fitness journey but is always willing to take time out of her day to talk about any problems I may be experiencing and offer any advice she has. Battling with anxiety, endometriosis and insomnia definitely makes my fitness journey a lot more challenging but with the support and encouragement from Amy nothing seems impossible.
