LOOK, FEEL AND TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE

Designed and run by Sport & Exercise Scientist Emil Hansen, The Full Force Fitness Everyday Athlete Program is for the everyday person who is ready to take their training to the next level.

Aiming to raise the bar of personal training, we focus on educating clients on the human body, exercise technique and sports nutrition for health and performance. This is achieved through periodised training weeks focusing on endurance, flexibility, power and strength as well as the various energy systems.

RECEIVE:

+ group SESSIONS

You will have access to 2 x weekly Strength and Conditioning Sessions
(6am, 9.30am or 6pm).

+ TAILORED TRAINING PROGRAM

We will design you a program that caters exactly to your needs and goals whether it is weight loss, health related, body composition, sports performance or recovering from injury, we are here to help.  

+ Fitness Assessment

No matter your fitness goals, we provide testing and assessments to monitor your progression as you continue to improve. 

+ Physique assessment

Receive Skin Folds and Body Scans to track your results and provide you with a true representation of your Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Visceral Fat, Body Water and Metabolic Age.

+ Sports Nutrition

Learn how to build a diet based around whole foods to fuel your daily energy and macro/micro nutrient requirements.

+ discounted PT SESSIONS

Note: you are required to purchase a minimum of 1 x PT a week.
