Here’s what this program is going do for you:
Programming: This is NOT your average ‘Functional Training’ gym. Stop aimlessly exercises and start training for something! Our programming builds on itself week by week, month by month – every exercise has a purpose!
Mobility: Lack of range of motion at our joints is one of the biggest causes of Musculoskeletal injuries and pain. Every session includes techniques to improve your flexibility & control through full range of motion which will have a massive positive effect on how you feel and move.
Strength: In our strength component we will teach you how to execute lifts with proper form & technique, building lean muscle and improve your Strength, Power and Speed. These movements will truly improve your athleticism.
Conditioning: The conditioning challenges your body’s energy systems improving your cardiovascular fitness and ultimately your overall ‘work capacity’. What’s the use in something if you can barely do it once?
Recovery: You cannot just train and train and train expecting good things to happen! We teach you the importance of recovery and how to maximise your body’s adaptations and results from training. As well as the latest Self-Myofascial Release techniques that will further facilitate muscle recovery.
Nutrition: You cannot out train a bad diet! Period. We will show you how simple it is to fuel your body on a balanced whole food diet and tell you the truth about supplements.
