Keep your kids healthy and moving with our Mini Athletes Program where they will learn skills that carry over into their adult life.
We are all about quality coaching and education. This program consists of 60min sessions and will be a combination of Speed, Strength, Coordination, Agility, Team Work and FUN!

We work with kids of all ages with an emphasis educating our Mini Athletes on proper technique and modified exercises to suit specific ages. Younger kids will work on mastering body weighted movements while older kids may progress to basic lifts.
Speed and Agility:
You’ve heard it before, ‘their mind is like a sponge’. 7-14 is a vital time for development, we incorporate a healthy mix of drills to improve Balance, Speed, Agility & Coordination.
Teaching kids to work together as a group and problem solve. Watch as their confidence grows and leadership skills improve.
FUN & GAMES:
What keeps our Mini Athletes interested in our program besides quality training? FUN! We keep them engaged by playing lots of games which in turn keeps the kids interested in coming back.
