Field Sports:
Monday/Wednesday 6pm

Emphasis on lower body strength to improve power, acceleration and speed. Core & stability work improve direction change as well as recovery techniques to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Surf Movement:
Monday/Wednesday 5pm

This program has been designed specifically for surfers, by a surfer. It includes techniques to improve your breathing, mobility, strength and paddle fitness. Surf Movement will improve the way you move in and out of the water.

MX/MTB/BMX:
Tuesday/Thursday 7pm

With a history of racing both BMX and Motocross our coaches know exactly how tough these sports are and what it takes to compete at a high level. This program focuses of improving muscular endurance so that you can push right to the end.

Everyday Athlete:
Tuesday/Thursday 6pm
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6am

For the everyday person who wants to improve their health & performance. Our athletic approach to training applies the same principals used by elite athletes to suit the everyday person.

Mini/Junior Athletes:
Monday 4pm (Juniors) / Wednesday 4pm (Mini)

Our approach to Junior Athlete Development is a healthy mix of function & fun delivered through quality coaching and education.
