Emphasis on lower body strength to improve power, acceleration and speed. Core & stability work improve direction change as well as recovery techniques to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Surf Movement: Monday/Wednesday 5pm
This program has been designed specifically for surfers, by a surfer. It includes techniques to improve your breathing, mobility, strength and paddle fitness. Surf Movement will improve the way you move in and out of the water.
MX/MTB/BMX: Tuesday/Thursday 7pm
With a history of racing both BMX and Motocross our coaches know exactly how tough these sports are and what it takes to compete at a high level. This program focuses of improving muscular endurance so that you can push right to the end.
